Villa Micato | Contemporary villa in Lourdas with infinity pool and panoramic sea views

The villa is in a perfect location with great views over the sea. Lovely pool and outside area for soaking up the sun and having long lunches in the shade and also chilling after supper and star watching! Inside it has been finished to a very high standard. 3 bedrooms all with doors out on to the pool area with sea views and en-suite walk-in showers. Kitchen/living room with everything you need and more! Spotlessly clean. A short walk to a lovely restaurant and mini-market and slightly longer down to the beach where there are lots more but it is a steeper walk home! We loved it - we have been to Kefalonia several times before and this is so lovely so we hope we can return!

We stayed at Beautiful Villa Micato in Lourdas 30th June 2025 for a week. Fabulous location and views. The villa is well stocked with kitchen essentials , crockery, serving dishes etc. The 3 bedrooms and en-suite rooms are very comfortable - huge comfy beds, good air con and shutters ensure the rooms are cool. The showers all had excellent water pressure . The pool and terrace are fabulous - the views amazing and there’s a barbecue which we used one evening. 6 sunloungers plus a seated area ensure plenty of comfort outside - although only 2 umbrellas - maybe a 3rd one over the seated area would be wise. Also a very comfortable shaded dining area was well used by us. Games and books are available in the lounge area and we found some pool doodles/ boards etc . Daniel and team were really helpful and always available should we need anything - the mid week clean and refresh was carried out professionally as were the pool cleans and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. All in all a fantastic stay and we won’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend

Amazing 2 weeks of peace and relaxation at this beautiful villa. The villa itself is beautifully presented and maintained all fittings and furnishings are of high spec, mattresses are best we have slept on in Kefalonia lots of towels incl beach towels and bath robes and slippers. Washing machine dishwasher and oven all easy to use, lots of books to read so no need to pack any and also selection of games. Air Con in all rooms all 3 bedrooms (2 double 1 twin) all have fab en suites with a further toilet near lounge. All doors have fly screens and electric shutters provide complete black out. Maid twice while we were here, pool maintained very well by Richard the pool area has loads of seating and bbq. Be aware pool is all one depth about 5.5 feet. Daphne was on hand if we needed her but this villa is well looked after so shouldn't be any issues. Cannot wait to come back.

Positive: The location & the villa are excellent. The team managing the villa were very professional & helpful. Yes it's a bit of a walk to the beach but you can spend the day around the pool. If you do wander to the beach the bar at the beach called 7 cafe bar is great to watch the sunset...
